 Courtney Harwood is the VP of Global Digital Marketing for Xerox; her responsibilities include the global websites, e-commerce and social media. She has spent a large part of her career leveraging the innovative power of digital to transform businesses. Prior to joining Xerox in 2017, Courtney led Keep, a venture-back digital start-up, as its CEO, and before that, as its CMO. Temeka Easter

Temeka Easter serves as the Senior Director of Social Media for Sallie Mae. She oversees a social media program that drives positive conversation and engagement on the topics of saving, planning and paying for college. Temeka joined Sallie Mae in 2006 as the Senior Institutional Relationship Manager for the Missouri and Indiana state-sponsored 529 college savings plans. In this role, Temeka was responsible for grass root marketing efforts, community and employer outreach to promote 529 plans to businesses and individuals. Her keen understanding of financing higher education makes her a valuable resource. After many years organizing communication efforts for local, federal, and international campaigns, she gave up her constituents for candidates upon entering the recruitment marketing world. For seven years, she worked at Symphony Talent, assisting Fortune 100 companies with their recruitment marketing content marketing strategy, attracting talent to organizations by encouraging the right fit for both the company and the candidate. Then, Palo Alto Networks came along. She now manages a Global Employer Brand Program for Palo Alto Networks, innovating new ways to reach out to candidates, leveraging regional stories, an improved candidate experience, and pushing boundaries of how we think about the recruitment and candidate process. Her passion lies in content strategy, talent and employee advocacy, sustainable (and scalable) external employer brand programs, and sitting on product demos for days (okay, not really this one).
